Terms of use

ZonAl offers a personalized subscription service that allows our subscribers to access report content and analytical practices via the Internet on computers and mobile devices.

1. Subscription

1.1. Your subscription to ZonAl will continue until it is terminated. To use the ZonAl service, you must have Internet access.
Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the billing date, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your payment method.

2. Billing and Cancellation

2.1. Billing cycle. The subscription fee for the ZonAl service will be charged to your payment method on the payment date indicated on the page.

2.2. If your payment method is declined or is no longer available for us to charge your subscription fee, you authorize us to charge any other payment method associated with your account. You will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If we are unable to collect an amount (for reasons such as expiration of your payment method, insufficient funds, or any other reason) and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until the outstanding amount has been collected using a valid payment method.

2.3. Updating your payment methods. You may update your payment methods on the “Account” page. We may also update your payment methods based on information provided by payment service providers. After each update, you authorize us to continue charging you using the applicable payment method(s).

2.4. Cancellation. You may cancel your ZonAl subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the ZonAl service until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

2.5. Changes to prices and subscription plans. We may change our subscription plans and their prices if we deem it appropriate due to changes in costs that affect the price of our service. Examples of such costs include, but are not limited to, production and licensing costs, technical provision and distribution costs, Customer Support, sales-related costs, general administration and other overhead costs, as well as fees, contributions, taxes, and charges imposed by the state. We will notify you at least one month before any changes to prices or your subscription plan take effect. If you do not wish to accept the price change or the change to your subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

3. ZonAl Service

3.1. The ZonAl service includes certain features that are free to use without a subscription.

3.2. The ZonAl service is updated periodically and may include new features, which may be free or subscription-based.

3.3. Unless expressly authorized by us, you agree not to:

1. Archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, sell, or use any content or information contained in or obtained through the ZonAl service;
2. Circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, block, obscure, or frustrate any content protections or other elements of the ZonAl service, including the graphical user interface;
3. Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the ZonAl service;
4. Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the ZonAl service;
5. Insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the ZonAl service in any way;
6. Use any data mining, data gathering, or data extraction methods;
7. Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment associated with the ZonAl service, including any computer viruses or other computer code, files, or programs; nor
8. Engage in any of the foregoing activities in connection with the use, creation, development, modification, training, testing, benchmarking, comparison, or validation of any machine learning tool, model, system, algorithm, product, or other technology. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.

3.4. The quality of ZonAl content display may vary depending on your Internet service and the capabilities of your device.

4. Passwords and Account Access

4.1. Your password is for your personal use only and should not be disclosed to anyone. If you allow others to access the account (including access to viewing activity information), you agree that such individuals act on your behalf and that you are bound by any changes they may make to the account, including changes to the subscription plan. To maintain control of the account and prevent unauthorized access, you must control all devices used to access the service and must not disclose your password or payment method details associated with the account. You agree to provide and keep your account information up to date, including your contact details, so that we can send you account-related notices. We may cancel or suspend your account to protect you from identity theft or other fraudulent activities.

5. Miscellaneous Provisions

5.1. Severability. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use are declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.2. Changes to the Terms of Use. ZonAl may change these Terms of Use at any time. If any significant changes occur, we will notify you at least one month before they take effect. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

5.3. Electronic communications. We will send you information about your account (payment authorizations, invoices, password or payment method changes, confirmation messages, notices, etc.) exclusively in electronic format.
