What processing do we carry out with your personal data?

Why do we use them?

We are legitimized to process your personal data for the following reasons:

  • Your unequivocal, informed and express consent, in those cases where it is legally required, without, in any case, the withdrawal of such consent conditioning the execution of other processing based on a different legal basis, and without this withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal.

  • The execution of the service provision contract and/or sale of the corresponding products entered into by you.

In any case, ZonAI does not collect data considered especially sensitive by the GDPR, such as: race or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sexual activity or orientation, biometric or genetic data.

It is the responsibility of the data subjects that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date, and they will be solely responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with this obligation.

The personal data we process in our organization come from the data subject and/or their legal representative.

Can you invite third parties?

You can invite someone to join ZonAI. If you send a contact request or allow another member to become your contact, the invitation will contain information about your network, as well as basic profile information (for example, name, profile photo, position or country).

How will you know if the Policy has changed?

Before making material changes to this Policy, we will notify you. You will have the opportunity to read the revised Policy before deciding whether to continue using ZonAI. If you do not agree with any of the changes, you may close your account.

However, if you continue to use our Services after we publish or send a notice about changes to this Privacy Policy, it implies that the collection, use and sharing of your personal data are subject to that updated Privacy Policy from its effective date.

What rights can you exercise?

We guarantee the exercise of the rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data. In particular, we inform you that you have the right to:

  • Obtain confirmation as to whether or not your data are being processed.
  • Exercise the right of access to the personal data we hold, obtaining information about the purposes of processing, the categories of data processed, any recipients, the storage period, the source of the data and, where applicable, profiling or automated decision-making.

  • Request the erasure of your personal data when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes described above or when we no longer have a legal basis to process them.
  • Request the portability of your data when processing is carried out by automated means and is based on a contract with our entity or on your consent. In such cases, you will have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or to have them transmitted directly to another controller, where technically feasible.

  • You also have the right to lodge complaints with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (on the website https://www.aepd.es/) or with the relevant supervisory authority.
  • Furthermore, you may go to the Courts of Justice to claim compensation.
  • Likewise, you have the right to withdraw your consent, with the same ease with which you gave it. To do so, you may go to our website, where you will find the information necessary to quickly and easily revoke the authorization we have been granted to send such communications. Lastly, we inform you that for each processing of your personal data, we determine the possible threats and impacts that may arise as a result of such processing, mitigating or eliminating, where possible, potential harm by implementing the corresponding security measures, which are periodically reviewed to determine their effectiveness. Our control system also allows us to comply with the principles governing the processing of your data, and we can demonstrate to the data subject the principles of purpose limitation, storage limitation, data minimization, and integrity and confidentiality. Finally, we also inform you that you will periodically receive surveys that allow us to know your opinion regarding any suggestions related to the processing of your personal data, as well as to be able to comply with the principles of transparency and accuracy of the data processed.
